HOW DO I BECOME A REGINELLI’S REWARDS MEMBER?
Becoming a reward member is easy! There are two ways to sign up:
1) Ask your order taker to sign you up for the program. They will ask you for the necessary information to get you set up.
2) Visit reginellis.hungerrush.com and sign into your account. Place and order and check the Reginelli’s Rewards box at checkout to sign up.

It’s totally free to join!
WHAT DO I GET FOR BEING A MEMBER?
Just for signing up, you will receive a free order of Garlic Knots.
After that, you will enjoy many perks such as:
- 1 point per $1 spent
- Free dessert for your birthday
- Occasionally, we will send out deals exclusively for Reginelli’s Rewards members.
IS THERE AN APP?
Yes! Download the Reginelli’s Pizzeria app on your smartphone to see what kinds of rewards are available or to track your point earnings!
WHEN DO I GET MY POINTS?
You begin earning points as soon as you make your first purchase as a Reginelli’s Rewards member.
WHAT DO I EARN POINTS ON?
You earn 1 point for every pre-tax dollar you spend on any menu item. Points can be earned for all service types: Dine in, Pick up, Delivery, and Catering. You can earn up to a max of 500 points per order.
DO I EARN POINTS ON THIRD PARTY ORDERS? (i.e. UberEats, Waitr, etc.)
We can apply points to any 3rd party pickup or delivery order you place. Just make sure to add an order note that lets us know you are a Reginelli’s Rewards member or give us a call.
DO I EARN POINTS ON ALCOHOL PURCHASES?
Yes! You can earn points on any Reginelli’s menu item.
CAN I EARN POINTS ON SPLIT CHECKS?
Yes! However, we can only assign the points to one guest’s account.
HOW DO I EARN A BIRTHDAY REWARD?
Your birthday must be in your account in order to earn a birthday reward. Call your local Reginelli’s Pizzeria to add your birthday to your account or mention it to your order taker during your next visit.
WHAT DO MY POINTS GET ME?

- BIRTHDAY: Free Dessert (up to 7 days)
HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
You can redeem your rewards when you place an order on the Reginelli’s Pizzeria app. You can also redeem your rewards at any time by letting your order taker know you are a Rewards member and you’d like to use your rewards.
HOW DO I CHECK MY POINT BALANCE AND AVAILABLE REWARDS?
You can check your point balance 3 ways:
- On the Reginelli’s Pizzeria App
- Click the “Rewards” tab to see your account status and available rewards.
- Visit reginellis.hungerrush.com
- Even if you do not want to place an order, you have to go through the first few steps of online ordering to check your points on the website.
- Sign into your account, select your order type (pickup is quicker if you’re just checking your point status online) and location. Next, click the Reginelli’s Rewards tab at the top of the screen to view your Rewards status.
- Call or visit any Reginelli’s Pizzeria location
Once you earn 100 points, the points automatically convert to a $5 off reward coupon.
I CAN’T SEE THE REWARDS TAB ON THE APP OR WEBSITE. WHAT DO I DO?
Sign in to your account. Click “My Account” at the top of the screen. Click “Edit Profile”. Confirm that the Reginelli’s Rewards checkbox is selected. If you still do not see the tab after this process, call your location Reginelli’s Pizzeria for assistance.
WHEN DO POINTS EXPIRE?
Points expire after 1 year. Birthday gifts expire after 14 days. The sign up bonus expires after 90 days.
CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS ON ONLINE ORDERS?
YES! Sign into your account on Reginelli’s mobile app or website before placing your order. Then, click the “Rewards” tab.
DO I HAVE TO NOTIFY MY SERVER THAT I AM A REWARDS MEMBER?
While our servers usually ask if you’d like to join the Reginelli’s Rewards program, it’s always a good idea to let your server know you are a Rewards member so we can apply your points!
DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
Yes. Your email address is the one piece of information that we do need for you to begin earning points.
WHAT HAPPENED TO MY OLD APPCARD REWARDS ACCOUNT?
We have switched from AppCard to a new rewards system. We have worked to transfer as many points as possible from AppCard to our new system. If you need help checking to see if your points transferred, email Heidi at email@example.com.
WHAT ABOUT MY APPCARD REWARDS CARD? DO I NEED A NEW ONE?
The old AppCard Rewards card is now obsolete and can be thrown away. There is no card for the new system–it is entirely digital, which makes earning points easier for you!
WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET TO TELL MY ORDER TAKER THAT I AM A REWARDS MEMBER?
Sometimes we forget things! We can always retroactively add points to your account. Just call the Reginelli’s location that you visited and we will add your points for you!
